DO THE PRICES INCLUDE SETUP?

We include delivery, full set up and take down of our inflatables allowing half an hour each side of the booking times to do so.

WHEN CAN YOU HIRE OUR INFLATABLES?

We hire on weekends only but can arrange inflatables to be hired during the school holidays if needed. If you would like to hire during the school holidays please let us know.

WHAT IF IT IS RAINING OR BAD WEATHER ON THE DAY OF HIRE?

If the weather is deemed to rain, extremely windy, snowy or stormy we are in full right to refuse to hire that day. If we think this is going to be this type of weather we will contact you in advance to let you know based on the forecast and will either offer another date or you can choose to just cancel.

HOW LONG CAN I HIRE THE INFLATABLE FOR?

You can either hire for a couple of hours usually suitable for hall hires or all day between 10am and 6pm.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?

It is cash on drop off and set up of the inflatable.


We require a £20 deposit on top of the inflatable hire price. If we turn up and the castle is not in the clean condition it was left in you will loose your £20 deposit and this will become the cleaning fee.


If the inflatable is as clean as we left it we will return the £20 deposit.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE ARRIVAL OF MY INFLATABLE?

Rear garden access or venue access must be cleared of obstacles to make it easier for us to bring the inflatables through. A minimum gap of 3ft is required to deliver the castle, this is based on a normal sized castle rather than some of our slides and larger castles. 


The area where the inflatable is going should be clear of any sharp objects and dog mess.


We require access to a electrical power source to be within 20 metres of the hire area. 

If we are made to wait while someone last minute prepares the area or if we find the area could potentially be dangerous or could damage our inflatables, we reserve the right to cancel the booking there and then!

HAVE YOU CHECKED THE AREA IS THE RIGHT SIZE?

Each inflatable has its area that is needed, listed on our Website or Facebook posts. There must be nothing that over hangs the inflatable or anything that could obstruct the inflatable while in use. If we arrive and this is the case the inflatable will be refused to be set up!

WHY DO I REQUIRE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

A £20 deposit is required against any of our services on top of our fees. This is a refundable deposit to ensure our equipment is left in the clean condition it was left in. If however when we turn up the equipment is not in the clean condition we left it in this will not be refunded and be kept as a cleaning charge.

 

If the balls of the ball pool are not in the ball pool and spread everywhere around the area outside of the ball pool then again the deposit will be kept as it will take us longer to set down due to clearing up the balls.

CAN OUR INFLATABLE BE USED INDOORS AND OUTDOORS?

Yes, Our inflatables can be used indoors in a venue or outdoors if the right space is available to cater for the size of the inflatable!

DO WE HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes but the safety and supervision of the users is up to the hirer!

DO I GET DOCUMENTATION ON SET UP?

You will be given an inflatable safety sheet and a hire agreement sheet that needs to be signed.

CAN YOU HIRE THE INFLATABLES ON CONCRETE OR ARTIFICIAL GRASS?

No, I am afraid we do not hire our bouncy castles or slides on the above types of floor but can hire our Softplay and Ball Pools on this type of floor.

WHAT IS MY CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you would like to cancel your booking we require a minimum of a weeks notice this will not incur a fee!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP AND SET DOWN THE INFLATABLE?

On arrival it will take roughly 20-30 minutes to set up depending on easy access and 30-40 minutes to set down.

The inflatable must still be inflated when the driver has arrived to pick up the inflatable!

ARE OBJECTS OR SUBSTANCES ALLOWED ON THE INFLATABLE?

No objects or substances are allowed on the inflatable as this could damage or stain the castle in which you would be liable for the damage towards it! Some examples that are not allowed are shoes, glasses, sunglasses, jewellery, badges, sharp objects, food and drink etc THESE MUST BE REMOVED WHEN USING THE INFLATABLE!

Do not assume just because you have asked for a date, that you are automatically booked in unless you receive a booking confirmation from us!
